Drop-off service is available exclusively at our service counter located inside Laundry King laundromat at 12049 Vanowen Street in North Hollywood. Drop off new orders and pick up clean and folded laundry daily from 5AM to 12AM midnight.

Please note that same-day orders must be dropped off by 3PM.

Here's how our process works:

  1. Drop-off: A friendly attendant will check your items in. We will weigh your items in front of you and take any special notes such as preferred drying temperatures and spot treatments.
  2. Sort & Pre-Treat: Our experienced team will carefully sort your laundry by whites/lights/darks to ensure proper care for each item. We'll pre-treat any visible stains to ensure they're removed effectively.
  3. Gentle Wash: We use premium detergents and professional-grade washers to gently clean your clothes, following the care instructions on each label.
  4. Thorough Dry: Your clothes will be dried in our large-capacity dryers using the appropriate heat setting for each fabric type.
  5. Expert Folding: Our team will expertly fold your clothes, leaving them wrinkle-free and ready to put away. We'll also pair up your socks.
  6. Convenient Pick-up: When it’s ready, we will text you when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick up your clean, fresh laundry at your convenience; we’ll safely store everything until you arrive.
