What are your hours?
All of our locations are open daily from 4AM to 12AM midnight, daily.
Are you attended?
Yes, all of our locations are attended from 5AM to 12AM midnight, daily.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
All our laundromats are app and coin operated. You may activate our machines by inserting coins or by using the Dexter Pay app, which accepts payment through credit/debit card.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, some of the largest around. All of our locations are equipped with washers up to 60 Lbs. and dryers up to 50 Lbs. View our locations page to find a store with the capacity of machines you need.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have parking at all locations; however, parking availability may vary.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
5AM to 11:30PM as long as attendant is onsite, daily.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use only premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it is 10 Lbs.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No.
When will I get my clothes back?
- 24 Hours or next day for next day orders.
- By closing time for same-day orders; must be dropped off by 3PM.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
From sunrise to sunset. Please log in and see available driver pick-up and drop-off times.
What is the turnaround time?
24 Hours or next day at the soonest available.
Is there a minimum order?
10 Lbs.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Not much. Please see our pricing page for current prices.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
By credit card.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes.
